The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve takes part in the competition “National Prize in Tourism 2015” in two nominations: “The Best Event in Culture” (“Sholokhov Spring”) and “The Best Event in Spreading Folk Traditions” (“Kruzhilin Toloki”).
The Relay Quiz “Forest Tier” Starts Again

On the Forester’s Day, the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve jointly with the Novocherkassk Engineering and Reclamation Institute of the Don State Agrarian University is going to hold a relay quiz “Forest Tier”. It will take place on October, 2, 2015, near the Museum-Reserve Stables. Schoolchildren from the Rostov, Volgograd and Voronezh regions will take part in it.

The XVII International Scientific and Practical Conference “Sholokhov Readings” dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the great writer took place in Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya, homeland of Mikhail Alexandrovich Sholokhov. It was held in the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve on September, 16–18.

On September, 18, at the International Scientific and Practical Conference, Irina Mineralova, professor of the Moscow Pedagogical University, gave an open lesson in the system “We Write Compositions Together” in the Sholokhov school of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya. The lesson was devoted to the works of Mikhail Alexandrovich Sholokhov.
