“The Khopyor Dawns” of Mikhail Sholokhov

The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve took part in the XI ecological and local history festival “The Khopyor Dawns of Mikhail Sholokhov”, which was held in Stanitsa Bukanovskaya the Kumylzhensky District of the Volgograd Region. The festival was dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the great writer and the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The “Intermuseum-2015” Festival, which took place in Moscow, on June, 11–15, in the Central Exhibition Hall “Manezh”, has completed its work. In one area more than 270 museums of Russia, near foreign counties and Europe presented their exhibitions.

Before the official opening of the International Museum Festival “Intermuseum-2015”, the pavilion of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov was visited by Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Russian Federation Government; Olga Golodets, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Federation Government; Vladimir Tolstoy, Adviser to the President; Vladimir Medinsky, Minister of Culture; Victor Bryzgalov, Director of the Department for Cultural Heritage of the RF Ministry of Culture.
