The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov took part in the International Tourist Exhibition “SajamTurizma” which took place in Belgrade, Serbia, during February 22–25, 2018.
Exhibition “The Don.Sholokhov.Russia” will Open in Ryazan

The exhibition “Don.Sholokhov.Russia” from the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov will begin its run on March 16, 2018, in the Ryazan Historical Architectural Museum-Reserve. It will display about 300 exhibits telling about the life and work of the great Russian writer and about the history of the Don Cossacks, the main hero of his works.

On Memory Day of M.A.Sholokhov, February 21, 2018, a creative group of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov showed a literary and drama performance “My Dear…” in the Palace of Culture of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya. It narrated about the family of the writer, his relatives and friends, who were always close to him and supported him in sorrow and in joy.

Essay Contest on the Works of M.A.Sholokhov

On March 1, 2018, the IV International School Essay Contest on the Works of M.A.Sholokhov begins receiving the works of school students. The contest was organized by the Department of Russian Literature of the Institute of Humanitarian Sciences and Management of the Moscow City Pedagogical University jointly with the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve and the scientific and educational journal “Mir Sholokhova”.
