28.02.2018

The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov took part in the International Tourist Exhibition “SajamTurizma” which took place in Belgrade, Serbia, during February 22–25, 2018.

Russia joined one of the major European exhibitions to show 12 regions to Serbian citizens. The Rostov Region was represented by the major in the south of Russia Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov. V.V.Sholokhova, Deputy Director for Development, took part in the presentation session “Tourist Potential of the RF Regions and Cultural Routes of the Cities Hosting the FIFA World Cup in 2018” and informed about new programs to be held during the games, and about classical and interactive tourist programs usually realized by the Museum.

On February 23, the visitors of the exhibition could also meet with a gastronomic variety of the Russian regions. The Museum-Reserve presented traditional Cossack treats: dried fish and the Don bacon.

The visitors – professionals of tourist business and common citizens, know very well the work of M.A.Sholokhov and are fond of his legendary novel “And Quiet Flows the Don”. That is why the section of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov was always crowded.
