Don Countrymen in Sholokhov-Centre

During the 15–17 of September, 2017, in Rostov-on-Don, there was held an annual meeting of the Don countrymen to mark the significant date – the 80th anniversary of establishing the Rostov Region. On September 16, a big delegation of 150 residents of the region visited Sholokhov-Centre of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve.
An Excursion for Disabled Children in Sholokhov-Centre

The first visitors of the exhibition “Four Lives of Chekhov” presented by Chekhov museums of Russia in Sholokhov-Centre of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov were the children from the Rostov city organization of disabled people “Nadezhda”. On September 15, 2017, they had an excursion of the exhibition.

The workers of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov and the undergraduates, graduate students and teachers of the Novocherkassk A.Kortunov Engineering and Reclamation Institute joined the seventh rally of the Rostov Region young ecologists. It was held on September 5 –9, 2017, in the Neklinovsky District sport camp “Romashka”.

On September 5, 2017, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov presented the exhibition “The Don.Sholokhov.Russia” in the Moscow State United Artistic Historical, Architectural and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve. The exhibition opened in the Palace of Tsar Alexey Mikhailovich in the Museum-Reserve “Kolomenskoye” was the first in the cycle “Get Acquainted: the Museums-Reserves of Russia”.
