A Rare Edition of Collected Works by G.P.Danilevsky

Within the Internet project “In Search of the Lost Library”, the stores of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov were added with a rare edition of the collected works by G.P.Danilevsky. It is analogous to the collected works by the writer in the private library of M.A.Sholokhov, which was lost during the years of the Great Patriotic War.

On August 9 and 10, 2017, the Memorial House at the Estate of M.A.Sholokhov was visited by Tamara Vasilyevna Boiko, a daughter of the Ural journalist V.P.Vareyev, who worked for the newspapers “Kazakhstanskaya Pravda” and “Priuralye”, and often met with Sholokhov.

During the 8–10 of August, 2017, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov held the II Round of the XVIII International Rally of the Children and Youth Environmental Movement “Sholokhov Source” dedicated to the Year of Ecology in Russia. It was joined by the teams from the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Lugansk People’s Republic, Kabardino-Balkaria, the Volgograd, Voronezh and Rostov regions.
