Holiday for Children in the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov

On June 1, 2018, Children Protection Day, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov invited young residents and guests of Vyoshenskaya to the interactive area “Entertainning Hamlet”, where they took part in the workshops, games and competitions. The children plunged into the world of games and fun of old years.

During the world football championship games, the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve will show an exhibition “The Don. Sholokhov. Russia” in Sholokhov-Centre of Rostov-on-Don. It will tell about the life and work of the great writer, about the beauty of the Don country and about the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov.
V.Y.Golubev Visited Cultural Sites

V.Y.Golubev, Head of the Rostov Region Administration, on May 31, 2018, during his business trip, visited the cultural sites in the Kashary and Bokovsky districts including the Farmstead of T.A.Karghin of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve in Stanitsa Karghinskaya and the place of erecting a monument to F.G.Podtyolkov and M.V.Krivoshlykov in Ponomaryov Village. These places are known to be directly related to the life and work of M.A.Sholokhov.
“Entertaining Hamlet” on “Sholokhov Spring”

We Study, Surprise and Create!

One of the bright pages of the All-Russian literary folklore holiday “Sholokhov Spring”, as in the previous years, was the performance of talented children. The young performers from different parts of the Don country, Moscow and Volgograd opened the festival program called “We Study, Surprise and Create!”
Cinematography Institute and Sholokhov Museum-Reserve will Cooperate

An agreement on creative cooperation between the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov and the Rostov-on-Don branch of the All-Russian State Institute of Cinematography named after S.A.Gerasimov was signed at the holiday of “Sholokhov Spring”. The agreement opens great prospects for both the parties.

Millions of readers of Sholokhov’s works are in solidarity with him. And this is confirmed by the holiday dedicated to the birthday of the great writer gathering annually late in May, in Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya, thousands of those who value the name of Sholokhov, who value his work.
