The final of the series of intellectual battles “Spring Owl-2017” took place in Sholokhov-Centre of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve on April 28, 2017. It was joined by 9 teams which had successfully passed the qualifying stage.
The Magic Colour of the Glorified Steppe

The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov took part in the VI Interregional Festival of Environmental Tourism “The Glorified Steppe” dedicated to the Year of Ecology in Russia. It was held on April 29, 2017, in the Orlovsky District of the Rostov Region.
Museum of Cossack Culture and Lifestyle “The Quiet Don” is Open

Ethnographical Museum of Cossack Culture and Lifestyle “The Quiet Don” is opened on April 21, 2017, in Starozolotovsky Village the Konstantinovsky District of the Rostov Region. The exhibition is based on the scenery and props of the serial film made by the film director Sergei Ursulyak. The idea of this private museum belongs to the film co-producer Ali Uzdenov, a public figure.

Performance “Notes of a Hunter” in Sholokhov-Centre

A premiere of the performance “Notes of a Hunter” based on the title book of short stories by I.S.Turgenev, the great classic, took place on April 26, in Sholokhov-Centre of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve. It was devoted to the life and work of the great writer and was shown within the exhibition run “Poetry is not Only in Verses…”
