Uniform of M.M.Sholokhov
The collection of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov was filled up in 2018, with the uniform outfit of the senior officer of internal service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs which belonged to Mikhail Mikhailovich Sholokhov, the writer’s younger son.
The uniform outfit of the senior officer of internal service was a full dress, a parade-weekend uniform, casual wear and field clothes. Each set of clothes had its own composition for its intended purpose.
The Museum collection was entered with: an everyday uniform consisting of jacket and trousers; a parade-weekend uniform suit consisting of a uniform tunic and trousers; a summer uniform coat; a daily field overcoat.
These articles of outfit refer to the years 1980–1997, when Mikhail Mikhailovich Sholokhov served as commanding officer of the Higher Law Correspondence School of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs and lectured social sciences in the Rostov High School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
