Russian Literary Meeting
25.11.2013Director of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, A.M.Sholokhov, took part in the Russian Literary meeting, which was held on November, 21, at the University of Peoples’Friendship in Moscow.
More than 700 representatives of different literary genres and professions from Moscow, Petersburg, regions of Russia, near and far foreign countries, gathered to discuss in a round-table talk and at the plenary session the acute social issues : how to stop the depletion of the Russian language, impoverishment of the thought and as a consequence, a spiritual barbarism?
During the dialogue a number of proposals were made. One of the decisions of the forum was to establish a Russian Literary Society, which would work for spirituality of the country.
