The First Night in the Museum

The first night of the play for children “Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish” after the fairy tale by A.S.Pushkin took place on June, 27, in the People’s House of the State M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve.

The performance by the theatrical studio became a living illustration for the exhibition “Fairy Tales by A.S.Pushkin” of the State A.S.Pushkin Museum in Moscow, which is laid out now in the People’s House on the project “Museum in a Museum”.

Little children and schoolchildren of Vyoshenskaya were the first spectators of the play. It was a success: the audience applauded stormily.

After the performance the children attended the exhibition of the major Pushkin museum of Russia and took pictures with the actors.

There will be other new performances for schoolchildren in their summer holidays.
