“Time and Things”

A new exhibition under this heading is open in the Excursion and Exhibition Centre “The People’s House” of the Museum-Reserve of M.A. Sholokhov. It exposes photopictures and a collection of things of Karp Pashiniyan.

Karp Grigoriyevich Pashiniyan is a photo artist, photo art historian, the member of the Union of Journalists and the Union of Designers of Russia, the actual member of the UNESCO International Association of Fine Arts, the correspondent member of the International Academy of Ecology and Vital Safety. His works enter into private and museum collections, his personal exhibitions were held in many cities of Russia, in Germany, France.

The exhibition “Time and Things” displays photographs by Pashiniyan, where he impressed things referring to the 40-60-s of the last century. The things are also displayed here – a gramophone, a Japanese umbrella, a photomagnifier, New-Year-tree decoration… The visitors can plunge into the atmosphere of those years.
