Sholokhov Museum Made a Presentation for Tour Companies in Saint-Petersburg

On February 16, 2017, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov took part in the presentation of the tourist potential of Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov Region in Saint-Petersburg.

The meeting was organized on the initiative of the Tourist Information Centre of Rostov-on-Don and “TKF “Reina-Tour NTV” LLC.

In the conference hall of the Saint-Petersburg City Tourist Information Bureau, the workers of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov, representatives of the tourist company “TKF “Reina-Tour NTV”, “Donplot” company and “Villa Zvezda” winery discussed the ways of cooperation development with the tourist companies of Saint-Petersburg. The talk was joined by the representatives of more than 30 tourist companies of Saint-Petersburg.

The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov introduced its presentation “Bright Colours of Sholokhov Country”. The public of Saint-Petersburg learned about the Museum structures, sights of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya and about the opportunity to rest in the Don region. The tour operators were offered various destination programs of the Don country: weekend tours, thematic and event tours and Museum holiday tours. The most attraction was the holidays “Steed is the Dearest for Cossack” (Cossack martial arts of Vyoshenskaya), “Kruzhilin Toloki” and “Karghin Fair on Intercession Days”.

The tour business professionals actively responded the invitation to visit Sholokhov country. There was a keen talk promising a long-term fruitful cooperation.
