“Behest to Generations”

A journalistic and artistic recital “Behest to Generations” was held on May, 22, in the Palace of Culture of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya. There were recited passages from the works of M.A.Sholokhov devoted to the Great Patriotic War.
The audience was greeted by the guest from Kazakhstan, a writer, journalist, the War veteran Bisen Zhumagaliyev, who was a close friend of M.A.Sholokhov.
The concert was joined by the performers from Kazakhstan, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Crimea, Stavropol and Krasnodar territories, the Volgograd and Rostov regions. The winners of the international contest “Otchy Dom” (Ancestral Home) from the Donetsk People’s Republic sang Russian folk songs and songs about war.
