Sholokhov Museum at the International Travel Fair in Berlin

The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve took part in the International Tourist exhibition ITB Berlin-2015, which has been annually held in Berlin since 1966.

On March, 4–6, the members of the exhibition showed their achievements to the wide professional public, and on March, 7–8, the major tourist fair was widely accessible for thousands of travellers.

Russia is a traditionally popular tourist destination for German tourists. In order to continuously enhance cooperation, to establish new business contacts and strengthen the image of Russia as a favourable country for tourism, the Federal Agency for Tourism traditionally forms a single national exhibition. This year, the sector of Russia presented Kaliningrad, Kamchatka, Krasnodar Territory, Murmansk and Rostov regions, and others.

The sector of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve attracted attention of the tourists wishing to relax away from the city hustle and bustle, to  learn more about the life and work of the great Russian writer M.A.Sholokhov, about the traditional way of life of Don Cossacks. Despite the difficult geopolitical situation that is developing in the world, Russia as a whole and the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov in particular, is still of a big concern both for the professionals and tourism lovers.
