New Projects of Sholokhov Museum are Presented in Moscow

The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve frequently presents its new offers and opportunities at the International Tourist Exhibition “INTOURMARKET” in Moscow, at the sector of the Rostov Region.

This year, the entire sector of the Rostov Region made in the form of a memorial estate of M.A.Sholokhov is devoted to memorable dates associated with our great writer. The visitors can see the interior of the writer’s study, where on the table there are magazines of the past years, and on the walls there are historic family photos including those of the Nobel Prize awarding ceremony. Sitting in an armchair a visitor can read the world-known books “And Quiet Flows the Don”, “The Tales from the Don” or watch the film “They Fought for Their Country”.

The sector was visited by the official delegation including the leader of the Federal Tourism Agency, Oleg Safonov, and the executive director of the World Tourist Organization, Zoltan Shomogyi.

On March, 14, at the exhibition, an Agreement on Cooperation in Tourism between the Rostov Region and the Crimea was signed.

The museum workers hold interactive presentations, lottery and prize draws, tell about tourist offers for the widest tourist public – schoolchildren and adults, Russian citizens and foreigners.
