Life in Weightlessness

An exhibition “Life in Weightlessness” will be opened in the Excursion-Exhibition Centre “People’s House” of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov. It is presented by the State K.E.Tsiolkovsky Museum of Cosmonautics History, the world first and major museum of space topics in Russia.

The exhibition tells about the life and work of the cosmonauts aboard the spaceships “Vostok”, “Voskhod”, “Soyuz”, orbital space station “Salyut”, “Mir”   and the International space station (MKC). The visitors can learn what cosmonauts eat, what tools they work with, what scientific experiments they conduct, how they maintain their physical form and what clothes they wear on board and in spacewalk.

 

The exhibition will run until April, 14, 2015.
