A “Chocolate Laboratory” is Opened in “Sholokhov Centre”

The boys and girls from Rostov school 80 are frequenters to “Sholokhov Centre” of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov. On the New Year eve they took part in the exciting project “Christmas Stories”.

The children learned many interesting things, made their own entry into the story after the experiments in “the chocolate laboratory”. During the interactive museum class they learned about the origin of chocolate, studied the recipe and technology of chocolate production at the famous Russian confectionaries and then realized the theory in practice. The experiment was a success: the young confectioners created their own author’s recipe for sweets and made chocolates with a wafer layer, nuts and raisins.

After attending the exhibition and having an exciting work at “the chocolate laboratory” the children got sweet presents and joyful holiday impressions.
