The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov will Take Part in the Regional Festival “The Glorified Steppe”

The workers of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve are going to take part in the third Regional Festival of Ecological Tourism “The Glorified Steppe”, which is timed to the mass flight of cranes. It will take place on September, 19 – 20, in the Orlov District, the Rostov Region.

The event is organized by the Rostov Region Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the association “Steppe Wildlife”, the State Natural Biosphere Reserve “Rostovsky”, the Environmental Support Centre “ECOMOCT”.

The festival is aimed at attracting the institutions of the civil society to the environmental activities as well as increasing ecological awareness of people and popularization of the natural sights of the region.

The workers of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve will inform the festival participants about the main areas of their environmental and ecological educational activities, and will show the exhibition “Let Live the Spring!” dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Children and Youth environmental movement “Sholokhov Source”.
