Sholokhov’s Personages in Penza
09.06.2014On June, 20, the Literary Museum of the Penza Region opens an exhibition “Book Graphics on the Works of M.A.Sholokhov”.
The exhibition will show the works of the great masters of graphics: O.G.Vereisky, Y.P.Rebrov, V.L.Galdyayev, N.V.Usachov, Kukryniksy. All the works show a variety of creative search and solutions. The illustrators, each being unique in the style of drawing, depicted brilliantly the episodes from “And Quiet Flows the Don”, “Virgin Soil Upturned”, “The Tales from the Don”, “They Fought for Their Country”, which will take the viewer into the bright and passionate world of personages of M.A.Sholokhov and will provide a new way to read the works of the writer.
The exhibition will run in Penza until August, 17, 2014.
