The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov at the ITB-2014

The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve for the sixth time has participated in the International Tourism Exhibition “ITB Berlin”, which was held on March, 5-9, in the capital of Germany.

The annual exhibition ITB Berlin is one of the biggest world events in the tour industry. All the world tour companies recognize this event as a top forum for communication and making business contacts in the world tourism industry.

The ITB-2014 presented all segments of tourism industry: international federations of tourism, national and regional tour companies, tour and transport agencies and tour operators, hotels, insurance companies and museums. The visitors of the exhibition represent a vast variety of the business connected with travelling and rest. They are tour operators and tour agencies, hotel managers and publishers of special literature on tourism. The members of the exhibition show their achievements to the wide professional public and at the same time there is a fine opportunity for the visitors to establish mutually beneficial business relationships all over the world, what is most important for the tour industry.

The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov is interesting for foreign tourists first of all as an area of environmental and rural tourism. These components of the Museum tour programs were mostly attractive for the visitors of our stand.

As a result of the business contacts established by the museum-workers with the representatives of the German tour companies, several groups of foreign tourists are expected to visit the homeland of M.A.Sholokhov.
