A Photo Exhibition will Open at the Estate of M.A.Sholokhov
06.02.2014A photo exhibition devoted to the 20th anniversary of opening the Memorial House of the writer for visits is going to open at the Estate of M.A.Sholokhov on February, 19.
The exhibition displays documents and photos telling about the opening of the Estate. Especially valuable is the agreement of transfer of the House as a gift to the State. It was signed in 1987, on the third anniversary of the death of M.A.Sholokhov.
The photos from the Museum collection by Vasily Chumakov, Nikolay Ponomaryov, Serghei Gribanov, Elena Arkhipova, Serghei Bugayov and others will tell about the events which took place at the main site of the Museum-Reserve.
The exhibition will run till the end of May.
