Sholokhov Museum Presented Its Exhibition in Denmark
28.10.2013On October, 24, an exhibition devoted to the life and work of the great Russian writer of the XX century Mikhail Alexandrovich Sholokhov was opened in the Russian Centre of Science and Culture in Kopenhagen.
At the opening ceremony the guests were shown videofilms about Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya, fragments of feature films in Sholokhov’s works. Viewing the exhibition one can get into the unique “Open Air Novel” discovering the world of Sholokhov and his personages.
Of particular interest were the Museum exhibits that reflect the culture and everyday life of the Upper Don Cossacks, the atmosphere of that time, when the great novel of the XX century was being written.
The exhibition “M.A.Sholokhov. The life and Work” was visited by our compatriots, the Danes and our Bulgarian friends.
