The Museum Opens “Small Secrets of Great Cooking”
06.08.2013An exhibition “Small Secrets of Great Cooking” laid out by the Azov Historical, Archaeological and Palaeontological Museum-Reserve begins its run on August, 9, in the People’s House. The exhibition tells about the bright pages of the multivolume history of the culinary art, famous restaurateurs of different countries and epochs, whose artful creations have come to us through the ages in our favourite dishes.
The visitors will take a unique opportunity to learn about the secrets of the great world cuisine, exotic recipes of the overseas countries, traditional Russian cuisine and the history of using dinner sets, spices and table manners in different ages.
The exhibition displays culinary delights of different times and nations, metal, ceramic and glass utensils from the stores of the Azov Museum. All these things tell about the history of dining items and utensils, and the development of table manners.
