Sholokhov Museum-Reserve Joined the “Intourmarket-2013”
21.03.2013The National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve took part in the VIII International Tourist Exhibition “Intourmarket-2013”, which was held in Moscow, on March, 16–19, at the exhibition centre “Crocus Expo”.
The exhibition was visited by the RF Prime Minister, Dmitry Medvedev, and the Minister of Culture, Vladimir Medinsky. The exposition of the Rostov Region was presented to them by the Minister of Economic Development of the Rostov Region, Alexander Levchenko, and Director of the Rostov Region Department of Investment and Business, Svetlana Abdulazizova.
Director of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, Alexander Sholokhov, presented the exposition of the Museum-Reserve “Open Air Novel”. The visitors of the exhibition got particularly interested in the programs of event tours including participation in the holidays of “Sholokhov Spring” and “Kruzhilin Collective Work”.
On March, 19, Director of the Museum-Reserve, Alexander Sholokhov, took part in the meeting held by Dmitry Medvedev during the tourist forum. The Prime Minister, the Minister of Culture, Vladimir Medinsky, the head of the Rostovtourism, Alexander Radkov, representatives of the tour operator community and insurers discussed the questions about increasing the attractiveness of Russia for foreign tourists, about amendments to the law on tourism, about attracting private investors in this aspect of economy, and others.
