Memorial Day of Mikhail Sholokhov
21.02.2013February, 21, is a Memorial Day of the Great Russian writer Mikhail Alexandrovich Shokokhov.
It is a quiet, mild and windless February day. Fluffy snow is falling down. Since morning, delegations and residents of the stanitsa have been going to the bronze bust and the tomb of the writer to put flowers and pay a tribute to Sholokhov – Writer, Man, Son of the quiet Don.

Here is coming a delegation of students from Vyoshensky Teacher Training College named after M.A.Sholokhov. Bright red carnations are put on the white snow covering the tombs of the writer and his faithful wife. A moment of silence comes.
