Sholokhov Museum at the FITUR-2013

Participation of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve in the international FITUR exhibition has become a tradition. This year, at the Madrid International Fair held on January, 30–February, 3, the museum workers presented their new programs for travel enthusiasts.

The exhibition was joined by over 10 thousand exponents from 167 countries and regions, and was visited by over 200 thousand people.

The visitors and tour industry professionals, who search for new interesting destinations on the territory of Russia, paid much attention to the programs of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, asked questions about the opportunity of developing individual and group tours of different duration.

On the first day of the Fair our stand was visited by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Spain Y.P.Korchaghin and the Deputy Head of the Federal Tourism Agency of the Russian Federation E.L.Pisarevsky. They noted that participation of literary museums of Russia, such as the Museum of M.A.Sholokhov and Museum of L.N.Tolstoy in the international tourist exhibitions significantly increases the level of such cultural events and extends the knowledge of foreign people about Russia.
