Sholokhov Museum at the Festival of Science-2012

On October, 6-7, the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve for the second time took part in the “Festival of Science of South Russia”. It was purposed for popularizing science and its achievements, new forms of communication and creative work. The festival gathered in Rostov-on-Don 14 museums and more than 60 universities, schools and other educational and scientific institutions. A bright informative exhibition module of the Museum-Reserve presented one of the main areas of the Museum work – youth activities. The theme of “The Museum – for the Younger Generation” was shown through photo and video presentations, publishing products and interactive classes: “Restorer”, “Traditional Crafts of the Upper Don”.
At the festival of science the director of the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve A.M.Sholokhov and the rector of the South Federal University M.A.Borovskaya signed “The Agreement on Cooperation in the Spheres of Science, Museum and Exhibition, Festival, Museum-Educational Activities, as well as in the Sphere of Development of the Contemporary Museum Technologies”.
