The Museum is Open for Longer

The State M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve supported the initiative of the Russian Federation Ministry of Culture to extend the working time of the major museum stores: from July,1,2012, on Thursdays the Museum expositions in Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya work till 19 p.m.

A.M. Sholokhov, Director of the State M.A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve, considers the initiative of the Ministry of Culture to be timely for the visitors, who grow in number in summer, to learn more about the Museum collection and attend all the sites of the Museum.

The time will show how the tourists will appreciate the exposition mode change. Till October,1, the Museum staff will monitor, study the attendance rate at the Museum sites, analyze the comments and suggestions of the visitors.
