The View of the Sculptural Composition “Grigory and Aksiniya” will be Transmitted in Moscow
12.05.2012The sculptural composition “Grigory and Aksiniya” put up at the embankment of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya has become one of the five objects of the Rostov Region chosen for transmitting at the XXIV international exhibition “Svyaz-Expocomm-2012”.
The heart of the exposition will be a pavilion “Digital World”, where a video-wall will be put up to demonstrate the Russian IT-industry achievements by means of transmitting through web-cameras mounted in the regions of the Russian Federation.
The Rostov Region will be represented by the following structures: in Rostov-on-Don – by the M. Gorky Drama Theatre, the House of the Regional Administration and the monument to the First Horse Army; in Novocherkassk – by Voznesensky Cathedral; in Azov – by a mammoth skeleton exposed in the Azov Historical-Archaeological and Palaeontological Museum-Reserve. The choice is not accidental – all the objects are of cultural and historical value and are socially significant.
The exhibition will work from May, 14, till May, 17, 2012, in the Moscow Central Exhibition Complex “Expocentre”.
