FITUR-2010 in Madrid

The State M.A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve took part in the annual world tourist exhibition of FITUR-2010, held in Madrid, on January, 20-24. This year the exhibition, the second great in Europe, marked its 30th anniversary. The exhibition was joined nearly by 12817 companies with the number of the participants reaching 161400.

As a part of the united national exposition of Russia the State M.A. Sholokhov Museum-Reserve presented the tourist projects joined by the conception of “The Open Air Novel” which aroused interest of the Spanish partners, participants and visitors of the exhibition.

The jubilee exhibition was opened by the King of Spain Juan Carlos and Queen Sofia who visited the Russian stand and greeted the members of the Russian stand and greeted the members of the Russian delegation. The FITUR-2010 opening ceremony was joined by the Deputy Head of Rostourism A. Radkov and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary ambassador of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Spain Alexander Kuznetsov.

The exhibition opened new perspectives for the Museum-Reserve in framing new international projects and their realization.
