Exhibition “The Study and World of the Writer” is Opened in the Homeland of Sergey Yesenin

The photo exhibition “The Study and World of the Writer” began its run on April 30, 2019, in the State Museum-Reserve of S.A.Yesenin in Konstantinovo Village.

The exhibition shows the photo works by Karp Grigoryevich Pashinyan, the RF Honoured Worker of Culture, member of the Union of Journalists and the Union of Designers of Russia, a consultant photographer of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov. In his works, the photo master tells through the interior of the study about the great Russian writers and poets, who lived and worked during the XVIII–XX centuries, from G.R.Derzhavin to M.A.Sholokhov, and helps to understand deeper the features of the writer and his personality.

The intermuseum exhibition project held under the auspices of the Association of Literary Museums of the Union of Russian Museums was joined by the State Historical and Literary Museum-Reserve of A.S.Pushkin, the State Historical, Artistic and Literary Museum-Reserve “Abramtsevo”, the State Lermontov Museum-Reserve “Tarkhany”, the State Memorial Historical, Literary and Natural Landscape Museum-Reserve of A.S.Pushkin “Mikhailovskoye” and many other well-known museums. The project is supervised by the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve.

The exhibition will run in the State Museum-Reserve of S.A.Yesenin until June 3, 2019.
