Sholokhov Museum-Reserve at the Second Stage of the “Intermuseum” Contest

The project of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov “Lazoriki. Enjoy the Sun” aimed at social adaptation of invalid children passed through a strict selection by the jury to take part in the second stage of the intermuseum contest “Intermuseum-2019” in the nomination “The Best Project Aimed at Social Interaction”.

The jury headed by Yelena Kalnitskaya, General Director of the State Museum-Reserve “Petergof”, selected for the second stage of the contest themed “Dialogue of Professionals” 119 projects from 80 Russian museums out of 336 applications. Now the authors of the marked projects are to compete for the right to reach the final which will be held during the festival days: from May 30, to June 2, in Moscow, in the central exhibition hall “Manezh”.

The festival of the museums “Intermuseum” is the main event of the year among the museum professionals; this is an area for experience exchange, an opportunity for the museums to show their achievements and for the festival guests to learn about them. Annually it brings together over 400 museums from Russia, near and far foreign countries, and over 3000 museum experts taking part in the events of the professional business program.
