“Cultural Minimum” in the Don Country

Today, on the Day of Cultural Workers, the All-Russian action “Cultural Minimum” has started. It is dedicated to the Year of Theatre in Russia and will run during March 25–29, 2019.

The people of the Rostov Region will have an opportunity to visit for free the performances, open rehearsals, to meet with their favourite directors. A special attention is paid to the youth programs.

During the days of “Cultural Minimum”, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov holds in the “People’s House” of Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya museum classes devoted to theatre art, and Sholokhov-Centre in Rostov-on-Don holds a dramatized tour at the exhibition “Brothers, Do not Judge Your Brother…”

Besides, the IV Festival of Modern Art “BiblioART” will be devoted to the theme of theatre. It will take place in the Don Public Library during March 30 – April 20. There will be held a number of other events organized in the Year of Theatre in Russia by the theatres, museums and libraries of the Rostov Region.
