Day of Theatre in People’s House
22.03.2019On March 27, 2019, the excursion and exhibition centre People’s House will show a museum class “As Soon as the Curtain Comes Up…” dedicated to the International Day of Theatre.
The members of the class will learn about the history of the theatre of different countries and times, about the features of the theatrical art, will learn more about the actor’s profession and try themselves in it.
The visitors will be told about the difference between the work of the actor in the theatre and cinema, acting performance in different genres and kinds of theatre, about different techniques and means of expressiveness which the actor must be able to perform.
By means of special exercises and sketches, active developing games the guests try to stage small improvised performances.
