News“Night of Arts” Took Place in Sholokhov Museum06.11.2018On November 4, 2018, the All-Russian action “Night of Arts” took place in the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov. It was mottoed “Art Unites” and was dedicated to the National Unity Day. In Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya and Rostov-on-Don the museum exhibitions offered tours, video lectures and interactive programs. The literary musical social “Art Unites” participated by the teachers and students of the Vyoshenskaya school of arts, creative groups of the Vyoshensky pedagogical college named after M.A.Sholokhov aroused great interest of the visitors to the excursion and exhibition centre People’s House. Adults and children enjoyed the interactive dance program where they learned to dance old Cossack dances “Krakowiak”, “Polechka” and “Narechenku”. In the cinema hall the guests watched the film “When Cossacks Cry” (film director Yevgeny Morgunov) based on the short story “About Kolchak, Nettle and Others” by M.A.Sholokhov and learned much about the filming which took place near Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya. That holiday social in the People’s House united the lovers of poetry, music, choreography and cinema.
