Exhibition “The Study and World of the Writer” Opened in Bolshiye Vyazyomy

The travelling photo exhibition “The Study and World of the Writer” joining the major literary museums of Russia started its run on June 22, 2018, in the guest wing of the estate Bolshiye Vyazyomy of the State A.S.Pushkin Museum-Reserve.
The pictures made by Karl Pashinyan, the RF Honoured Worker of Culture, member of the Union of Journalists and the Union of Designers of Russia, will tell the visitors of “the poetic motherland” of the great poet about the work of the writers living in different times – during the XVIII – XX centuries, from G.Derzhavin to M.Sholokhov.
The route of the exhibition project of the Literary Museums Association of the Union of Russian Museums lies through several regions of the country: it was opened in the State L.N.Tolstoy Museum in Moscow, then the exhibition was shown to the visitors of the Museum-Reserve “Abramtsevo”, until July 10, it will run in Bolshiye Vyazyomy followed with Saint-Petersburg, the All-Russian A.S.Pushkin Museum and the Literary Memorial F.M.Dostoyevsky Museum, then it will go to the Museum-Reserve of A.S.Pushkin “Mikhailovskoye” and finish the first travel stage early in 2019, in Nizhny Novgorod, in the Museum of A.M.Gorky.
The project includes 13 literary museums to join other 9 ones at the second stage. The project curator is the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve.
