Arbor Day in the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov

On April 13, 2018, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov took part in the traditional spring holiday – Arbor Day – planting seedlings of coniferous and deciduous varieties.

The tree planting holiday was joined by the Museum-Reserve workers, representatives of the Sholokhov District Department of Forestry Development of the Rostov Region Ministry of Natural Resources: P.I.Nikulin, Deputy Head of the department, and S.A.Kalinin, a forest warden of the Vyoshensky Forestry.

Each year the territory of the forest area is enlarged with different tree species planted. Soon there will appear new ”green inhabitants”: on April 25, an action “The Forest You will Plant” will be held to join more than 80 participants.
