Tourism Festival “Boundless World”

The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov for the twenty-first time took an active part in the bright event in the sphere of tourism – the XXI International Tourism Festival “Boundless World”, which was held during March 30–31, 2018, in Rostov-on-Don.

Major tour operators and tour agencies from the Russian Federation, near and far foreign countries, big sanatoria and rest homes, representatives of hotel networks, museums, air carriers and insurance companies annually present their opportunities. Gathering guests from many regions of Russia, near and far foreign countries the Festival demonstrated a high business potential of the exhibitors and created good preconditions for cooperation of the tourist industry professionals.

The Museum had done a lot for the event: there were developed and presented ethnographic, environmental, health-improving, equestrian, water and walking itineraries, event, cultural informative, weekend tours and other interesting offers.

The country of Sholokhov is really a unique sight of the Rostov Region, which is excellently fit for tourism. Environmental cleanliness of the area, good climatic conditions, numerous lakes and pine-tree floodplain forests attract a lot of tourists and make the places pleasant for visiting in any season.

Within the two days of the Festival the Museum section was visited by over two hundred people that facilitated the establishment of new promising business contacts and additional attraction of tourists.
