NewsMuseum Class for Schoolchildren “We Go to the Theatre”26.02.2018Interactive museum classes “We Go to the Theatre” will be held at the exhibition devoted to the life and work of the great Russian actress Faina Ranevskaya for the 3 – 8-form schoolchildren during February 27 – March 23, in the excursion and exhibition centre “People’s House”. The exhibition headed with one of the aphorisms of Faina Ranevskaya “I Had the Wit of Living My Life through So Silly” was presented by the State Central Theatre Museum named after A.A.Bakhrushin (Moscow). The children will see numerous posters of spectacles and films telling about the working career of the actress, her photos, videos and portraits of the outstanding figures of culture of Russia with each of them supplemented with a comment-citation by Ranevskaya or by the person shown. The children will learn about the world of the theatre, the secrets of different theatrical professions and will get a unique opportunity to show their talents having become both actors and spectators at the premiere prepared during the classes. The young theatre-goers are to join the rehearsals, fitting theatrical costumes, dance performances, work in the decorative workshop, and many others.
