Tourist Programs of the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov will Compete for the Title of the Best Tourist Itineraries of Russia

During November 1–2, 2017, in Kazan, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov will present its tourist programs within the all-Russian tourist award “Itinerary of the Year”

The tour “We are Don Cossacks” taking the Museum visitors into Cossack culture, showing their everyday life, traditions, old customs, folklore and cuisine is declared in the nomination “The Best Ethnographical Route”.

The title “The Best Tour for the Event” will be fought for by the program “Towards Sholokhov Spring” inviting the tourists for the best tourist event in culture of 2016, according to the national award in event tourism “Russian EventsAwards”.

The all-Russian tourist award “Itinerary of the Year” is established as an industry award according to the results of the open all-Russian projects contest for achievements in the field of creation and development of tourist routes.

A list of finalists of the all-Russian tourist award “Itinerary of the Year” 2017, was made up according to the results of the regional contest and remote evaluation. 205 projects from 56 regions were welcomed for participation in the final events.
