M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve in Vienna
12.01.2017The Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov takes part in the international tourist exhibition “Ferien-Messe Wien” held on January 12–15, 2017, in Vienna (Austria). It opens a Cross Tourism Year of Russia and Austria.
Supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, Federal Tourism Agency and jointly with the office “Visit Russia”, a national pavilion of Russia is placed on the area of 80 square metres. It shows the work of the administration representatives of Saint-Petersburg, the Moscow, Novgorod and Vladimir regions, airlines and tourist companies. The museums of Russia are represented by the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov, Museum-Estate “Yasnaya Polyana” and the Museum of Kolomensk Pastila.
The business program “Ferien-Messe Wien” included a press-conference on the occasion of opening a Cross Tourism Year of Russia and Austria. It was joined by Taleb Ritai, General Secretary of the World Tourist Organization, Dmitry Lyubinsky, Russian ambassador in Austria, Alla Manilova, Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, E.Udolf-Strobl, Deputy Minister of Education, Research and Economy of Austria, M.Shults, Vice-President of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
At the conference-presentation of the national tourist product of Russia, the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov was presented in the talk and demonstration of the video materials about tourist deals of the Museum, event activities and holidays.
