Meeting of the Presidium of ICOM of RUSSIA IN Vyoshenskaya

On September 4 at the State Museum-Reserve of MA Sholokhov a regular meeting of the Presidium of the Russian Committee of the International Council of Museums (ICOM Russia) will take place, there will be discussed issues of preparation and carrying of the reporting and elective conference scheduled for October 6, 2016.

The reporting and elective conference of ICOM of Russia is held every three years and gathers members of the organization, which unites today more than 750 leading museum experts and more than 100 museum institutions from different regions of the country.

A report on the activities of the three years will be present at the conference, so as the leadership will be elected and there will be reports dedicated to the development of museums in the Russian Federation and the key issues in the development of ICOM of Russia.
