“Sholokhov Source” Gathers Young Ecologists

On July 13–15, the XVII Rally of the Children and Youth Environmental Movement “Sholokhov Source” will take place. It will gather the teams from the Rostov, Volgograd and Voronezh regions, North Ossetia, Kazakhstan and Abkhazia. The topic of the Rally is “Cherished Natural Territories”.

The young ecologists will broaden and deepen the knowledge of life and work of M.A.Sholokhov, will take part in the literary quiz and environmental expedition, will visit the unique natural monuments and will try themselves in the sports and tourist competitions.

The teams will show their artistic skills in the holiday concert “Seventeen Moments of “Sholokhov Source” which will be held on the bank of the River Don in Lebyazhy Village.

The competitions summed up, the winners and laureates will be determined and awarded in the nominations “Environmental Expedition”, “Literary Local History”, “Sports and Tourism” and “Theatrics”.
