The Contest “The World of Sholokhov in Cinema” is Over
07.06.2016The results of the contest for senior school students “The World of Sholokhov in Cinema” dedicated to the 111th anniversary of the great writer and the Year of Russian Cinema are summed up.
The contest was joined by the children from different parts of Russia. The jury noted the activity and interest of the senior school students and young people aged 18–21. Thus, the students of the Don State Agricultural University and the Belgorod State National Research University showed deep knowledge of the biography and works by M.A.Sholokhov and of the documentaries and fiction films which embodied in cinema the historical facts and images of literary personages from the works by the great writer. We thank the authors for their enthusiasm and interest in the work of the writer. All the papers submitted to the contest and gaining the required number of points will be marked with Letters of Thanks by the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov.
The contest winners are Alexandra Golikova (the Rostov Region, I place), Natalya Tikhonova (the Volgograd Region, II place), Vita Kalashnikova (Rostov-on-Don, III place).
Other best works will also be marked.
