Holiday of Spring in Sholokhov Museum

On April 30, and May 1, it is Holiday of Spring and Labour, and the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov invites children and adults to the interactive area “Entertaining Hamlet” which will work in Stanitsa Vyoshenskaya from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Museum Classes for Rostov Students

For many years the Museum-Reserve of M.A.Sholokhov has been successfully cooperating with “Evrika-Razvitiye” school number 96, named after M.A.Nagibin, and gymnasium number 118, of Rostov-on-Don within the program “Local History” and “Vyoshki” practice. During April 17 –19, 2018, the museum workers resumed their classes devoted to the life and work of the great Russian writer and to the Don Cossack culture for the school students.

The results of the IV International Contest of Student Essays on the works by M.A.Sholokhov are summed up. It was held by the Department of Russian Literature of the Institute of Humanitarian Sciences and Management “Moscow Pedagogical University” jointly with the National M.A.Sholokhov Museum-Reserve and the all-national scientific and educational journal “Mir Sholokhova”.
